Style Radar for Spring

Most excited for the trend of fun pops of color.  This is something I have been doing for years.  Its a great way to work in a trendy item, but not break the bank with a whole new outfit.  I love going for a bright bag or a pair of bright shoes.  Pair neon pumps with a suit and you can spice up your work wardrobe with just a hint of color.

Buxom Waterproof Smoky Eye Stick Review

This is a three in one pencil: liner, shadow and smokey eye.  Since I have it in black, i have not tried it as a shadow, but have tried it as a liner and smokey eye. 

As a liner: If you want a bold line its great.  Its a fairly thick pencil, so it is a bit  hard to get a very fine line.  But since I always go for a very bold black liner, this is perfect.  I also love it for days when I'm running late and can put on a very thick line and call my eye makeup done.  It lasts most of the day, it does smudge if you rub your eyes though.

As smokey eye: not my fave.  Most likely for how i like to do my smokey eye.  I love using powder and putting the darkest color on first.  Dont like how the lighter colors of powder stick to the pencil line.  It does smudge nicely though, but will just use it as a liner

I was very surprised at the size of this tin! For some reason I was expecting this to be something small enough to fit in my purse, but its much much bigger! I was very happy for this, the shadows are full size and I think that it makes this a great value.  This came in the mail the same day I was having a big girls night and was so excited to put it to the test.

First the shadows have a huge amount of pigment in them.  I was very surprised.  They were rich and very easy to blend, could very quickly become some of my favorites.  The colors are all different, but still very blendable making for so many different looks you can make for this.

The liner is a deep purple, its dark enough to define the eye, but I like how its a color other than black.

Havent tried the nail file yet, probably never will...its too cute!

Overall this is an excellent value and would recommend to anyone. AND its cute!
